As summer unfolds, the days grow longer, the air warms and nature reaches its full expression. This retreat is an opportunity to move with the energy of the season—expanding, softening, and embracing the present moment.
Held in the stunning Yorkshire Dales, the day includes breath-led movement, a mindful walk through the landscape, time to swim or paddle in the River Wharfe, and a deeply restorative hypno-meditation to close.
