New Programme Series
A Return to Wholeness
A return to wholeness is a series of online courses that speaks to women’s survival patterns and invites in a somatic journey to reclamation of the self beneath survival
Introduction
In my work, I help women understand how specific relational injuries—moments when love felt conditional, when needs weren't met, when authentic expression felt dangerous—created these adaptive patterns. We explore how attachment disruptions, emotional neglect, or overwhelming early experiences shaped not just our psychology, but our entire somatic experience.
What Are Survival Patterns?
In my somatic psychotherapy practice, I witness how survival patterns take root in our bodies—not as conscious choices, but as intelligent adaptations to early experiences of relationship.
These patterns back to their origins—those tender moments in early development when our nervous system was still finding its shape.
When caregivers couldn't fully meet us, when our needs felt too much, when our emotions weren't mirrored or held—our brilliant bodies developed strategies. A child who learns that anger pushes people away might develop a pattern of chronic niceness. A little one whose tears aren't comforted might grow into hyper-independence.
These are both psychological patterns and embodied strategies, held in our tissues, our posture, our very way of moving through the world.
The offerings within this space are invitations to deepen your personal journey and somatic exploration. .By engaging with this work, you honor your own wisdom in knowing what you need, taking full responsibility for your wellbeing and seeking appropriate licensed healthcare support whenever necessary.
