Somatic & Nervous System Repair For Early Developmental and Relational Trauma
Somatic, nervous-system-led psychotherapy for people whose bodies learned to adapt early — and who are ready to move gently toward safety, boundaries, and connection.
Welcome
This is a space for people living with the effects of early developmental and relational trauma — particularly when those experiences continue to shape how the body feels and how relationships are lived.
You may notice anxiety, shutdown, emotional reactivity, people-pleasing, difficulty with boundaries, or a sense of never quite feeling safe — even when life looks stable on the outside.
These patterns are not signs of weakness or failure.
They are nervous system responses shaped through early experience — intelligent adaptations to what was needed at the time.
Here, nothing is rushed.
Before deeper trauma or relational work can be supportive, the nervous system needs orientation, understanding, and enough safety to stay present in the body. Without this foundation, change can feel overwhelming, destabilising, or short-lived.
This space exists to meet you at that beginning — with care, clarity, and pacing that respects the body’s timing.
I am honoured you’re here.

My mission is to guide you home to yourself.
For ten years, I immersed myself in movement and body-based practices, learning how the body holds stories, emotions, and wisdom that words alone can’t always reach. Five years ago, my path deepened as I stepped into trauma and somatic psychotherapy for my own personal recovery. After experiencing my own profound discovery of health and resilience, I began guiding clients through stress, recovery, and reconnection with the parts of themselves they too thought had lost.
Through this work, I discovered something life-changing: true healing begins when we learn to understand the language of our own nervous system. Our bodies hold the keys to safety, balance, and connection, both within ourselves and with others.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Somatic Psychotherapy is a body-centred form of therapy that utilises both psychotherapy and physical therapies. In addition to talk therapy, somatic therapy practitioners use mind-body exercises and other physical techniques to help release pent-up tension, such as stored survival stress, which can negatively impact a patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
Somatic Trauma Therapy
Somatic Trauma Therapy aims to guide the client through thwarted fight or flight responses and release the biophysical survival energies, which are locked into terrifying patterns of fear, anxiety, anger, shutdown and PTSD. Through a unified approach, we can assist individuals in integrating an understanding of their experiences, transgenerational trauma, and systemic forces of oppression.
Consulting
Embodiment coaching is great for anyone who wants to reduce discomfort, strain, and stress in the body and learn the science behind and how to transform negative emotional experiences, strengthen resourcefulness, create a greater sense of Self, and build resilience to life’s challenges—embracing a new beginning in a transformed body.
