Hi, I’m Shalini, I’m so glad you’re here.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in survival and I also know the relief and expansion that comes when healing is done with the right support. I’ve been through my own nervous system breakdown and healing journey — and I’ve also spent years training in psychology, psychotherapy, yoga and somatic therapy.
What I realised along the way is that nervous system healing is often taught in ways that feel complicated, clinical, or out of reach. I wanted to change that. The heart of my work is to-bring the latest in science, somatic practice and lived wisdom together. Whether you are:
