Hi, I’m Shalini . I’m so glad you’re here.
I know what it’s like to feel stuck in survival and I also know the relief and expansion that comes when healing is done with the right support. I’ve been through my own nervous system breakdown and healing journey — and I’ve also spent years training in psychology, psychotherapy, yoga and somatic therapy.
What I realised along the way is that nervous system healing is often taught in ways that feel complicated, clinical, or out of reach. I wanted to change that.
My mission is to guide people through nervous system and somatic healing, giving you the tools to recover, grow, and feel safe in yourself again. I also equip therapists to bring this work into their practice, so it can ripple out and touch even more lives.
Everything I create, from courses to somatic practices, is designed to be simple, trauma-informed, and practical. Because healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. With the right map and tools, it becomes something you can carry with you every single day.

Embodiment Coaching
Embodiment coaching is great for anyone who wants to reduce discomfort, strain, and stress in the body and learn the science behind and how to transform negative emotional experiences, strengthen resourcefulness, create a greater sense of Self, and build resilience to life’s challenges—embracing a new beginning in a transformed body.
Somatic Psychotherapy
Somatic Psychotherapy is a body-centred form of therapy that utilises both psychotherapy and physical therapies. In addition to talk therapy, somatic therapy practitioners use mind-body exercises and other physical techniques to help release pent-up tension, such as stored survival stress, which can negatively impact a patient’s physical and emotional well-being.
Somatic Trauma Therapy
Somatic Trauma Therapy aims to guide the client through thwarted fight or flight responses and release the biophysical survival energies, which are locked into terrifying patterns of fear, anxiety, anger, shutdown and PTSD. Through a unified approach, we can assist individuals in integrating an understanding of their experiences, transgenerational trauma, and systemic forces of oppression.

When your body learns safety, you stop fighting against yourself. Health can return, relationships can deepen, and the future begins to feel possible again. My mission is to help you become your own nervous system healer, so the way you experience yourself, life, and relationships can truly change. You can feel safe, close, connected, and healthy — physically and emotionally — in the deepest embodied way. And from there, you can rewire your nervous system to step out of survival patterns and into lasting strength, resilience, and freedom.
